Brach Paris - Evok Collection Hotel

We were blown away by the perfect service at Brach. The staff were very good too ensure our every need was met, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. They were efficient, attentive, and genuinely warm, making us feel valued as guests.

Despite this minor issue, the overall experience at Brach was really good. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and exudes a distinct character.

As a business traveler, I was impressed with the central location of the hotel, just a short walk away from popular attractions. I appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby for any last-minute needs. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with stunning design elements and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was luxurious and well-appointed, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering personalized service and assisting with any requests. With facilities like a gym, pool, steam room, and sauna, I was able to unwind after a long day of work.

I did find the restaurant to be lacking in terms of menu choices and overall quality.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing hospitality of the staff, especially Louis and Corentin, who went above and beyond to assist us. Corentin helped us retrieve a bag we left in a taxi, which was incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and worth a stay when in town.

We had an exquisite stay at this hotel. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet, and chic, with key attractions just a short taxi ride away. The hotel facilities were great, including a fantastic gym and pool with free classes. The staff, from the concierge team to the restaurant staff, were attentive and helpful. The food at the restaurant and rooftop bar was amazing, with great service and a superb ambiance. We also appreciated the little touches, like the delicious bowl of berries in our room and the fun pastries and hats. this hotel had a hip, cool vibe with beautiful design and great amenities.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness center was truly exceptional, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi all available to use. We especially enjoyed the massage and beauty treatments, which left us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the room service. It took longer than expected for our in-room breakfast to arrive, which interrupted our morning routine.

In-room breakfast was a real bonus, with a range of options and high-quality ingredients. the heated swimming pool on the sun terrace was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the city views.

While there were some good options available, I found that the choices for those with dietary restrictions were limited.
